The LPN or RN is responsible for administering medications, monitoring resident health conditions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. They also provide guidance to the caregiving team and ensure compliance with memory care regulations.
Candidates must hold a valid LPN or RN license in good standing. Previous experience in geriatrics, assisted living, or memory care is preferred.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing. Experience in geriatrics, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred. Knowledge of medication administration and documentation practices. Strong clinical observation and communication skills. Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for individuals living with dementia. Ability to work collaboratively with caregivers, leadership, and families. Working Environment This role operates within a memory care residential setting and involves frequent interaction with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers. Light lifting may occasionally be required.
