The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and document patient rehabilitation while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. They will also participate in team meetings and maintain open communication with patients, families, and physicians.
Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school and possess a current state license or eligibility for licensure. A valid CPR certification is also required for this position.
Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.) Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment
High school diploma or GED Current State Driver’s License in good standing required Class E license allowing for the operation of the shuttle bus prior to start date.
