The Dialysis LVN/LPN provides direct patient care, including obtaining blood samples and documenting treatments under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and reporting any changes in patient condition or equipment issues.
Candidates must hold a current LVN/LPN license in the applicable state and possess or obtain CPR certification. Previous dialysis experience is preferred, and the role requires the ability to communicate effectively and maintain clinical documentation.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
