The Registered Nurse is responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, and maintaining accurate health records. They collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans for patients with various illnesses.

Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.

Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.

Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.

Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.

Records patient vital signs and medical information.
7.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
