The Direct Support Professional provides 24/7 support for individuals with daily living activities, health management, and community integration. They are responsible for ensuring safety, implementing care plans, and fostering meaningful relationships with those served.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid Michigan driver's license. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and the capacity to become certified in CPR and First Aid.
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports the individual goals of the person served and helps them become integrated into his/ her community in the least restrictive manner. The DSP may assist in areas of mobility, activities of daily living, communication, cognition, health management, social networking, vocational, leisure time management, and community participation.

Rehab Technician I -HCS [Every Other Weekend]
Rehab Technician I - Home & Community [2nd shift]
Direct Support Professional - 2nd & 3rd shift FT (must be available for both shifts) Tuesday 3pm-11pm, Weds 3pm-11pm, Sat 3pm-7am Riviera
Direct Support Professional - Part-time 3rd shift including weekends (24) riviera
Direct Support Professional (DSP) - West Lake Residential Program: Full time 1st Shift
