About the role

Provide direct outpatient obstetric and gynecological care while collaborating with a midwifery team to support complex cases. Manage patient follow-ups, perform scheduled procedures, and participate in clinical quality audits.

With fewer C-sections and higher VBAC success rates, our research-backed approach is delivering better outcomes. Since launching in 2021, we’ve expanded to include Preconception and Miscarriage Care, Pregnancy Care, Postpartum Support, and Gynecology. We currently have 4 clinics in the tri-state area, with three new clinics opening in 2026! Come join our team of clinicians, innovators, operators, and technologists passionate about setting a new standard in maternity care.

About Oula

You will also collaborate with our midwifery team to offer additional support to patients requiring more complex care.

Your schedule will consist of 20 hours of outpatient care, occasional scheduled C-sections/ECVs plus flexible self-directed administrative time where you will independently manage patient-related follow-ups and standard practice duties, including light peer reviews and chart audits to support patient safety and clinic standards.

Our clinic is located in Charlotte’s Cotswold neighborhood, and all Oula babies are delivered at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center.
