Sunrise Post Acute is seeking a dedicated COTA to join our collaborative rehabilitation team. • Assistant, you will: Work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans Assist residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team Bring encouragement, creativity, and compassion to each therapy session Qualifications Current California COTA license Passion for patient-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
