Salary
$35 - $40 / HOUR
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans and assist residents with daily living activities. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress and communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary care team.
Candidates must hold a current California COTA license and demonstrate a passion for patient-centered care. Strong communication and teamwork skills are required, with preference given to those with skilled nursing or post-acute experience.
