You are a compassionate and licensed Registered Nurse (RN) who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You understand the importance of communication, teamwork, and respect in providing healthcare that supports the dignity and well-being of every resident. A Day in the Life: Assess residents’ health needs and develop individualized care plans Implement, evaluate, and revise care plans to ensure the best outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated, comprehensive care Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families Maintain clear and accurate medical records and documentation Respond to emergencies and provide critical nursing interventions as needed Uphold infection control, safety, and privacy standards at all times Qualifications: Valid RN license in the State of Kansas – Required CPR Certification – Required Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing – Preferred Strong interpersonal, assessment, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team At Larksfield Place, every role plays a part in delivering premier care and building a strong community.
