The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers physical therapy services to ensure high-quality patient care. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with other healthcare disciplines.
Candidates must hold a current state license and possess at least two years of experience, preferably in long-term acute care and rehabilitation. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills are required.
The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, organizes, and administers physical therapy services in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, regulations and guidelines to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is rendered at all times. The physical therapist maintains informative, accurate, and timely documentation and records management and works collaboratively with all disciplines, adheres to the professional standards of practice guidelines and code of ethics as set forth by the state board of physical therapy.
Must hold a current state license and must maintain license renewal in accordance with the applicable State Licensing Board Basic computer skills with minimal guidance Two years of experience, long term acute care and rehabilitation experience is preferred Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as possess good verbal and written communications skills.
