The social worker will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate group therapy sessions. They will also provide community presentations, advocate for client needs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Under general supervision, uses advanced skills gained through training and experience to provide community behavioral health programming with the end goal of improving mental health and well-being of individuals, families and the community at large. Follows established procedures to provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, parent presentations, and contribute to the overall well-being of individuals and families within the community. Originality and ingenuity are required to identify, create and deliver appropriate content and resources. Routine contact with internal team members, clients, parents, health care providers, and community resources is required to deliver high-quality services and meet goals and objectives.
