We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The PALM Health Nurse Practitioner will work alongside PALM’s multi-specialty physicians and medical and wellness providers to evaluate and treat individuals in a concierge, functional medicine practice. The primary purpose of the role is to provide flexible clinical coverage across the medical practice, including acute care visits, annual preventive visits, Medical Weight Loss program participant visits and support, care coordination, and employee health. This role will also support our nursing team with such functions as triage support, injections, IV administration, and other clinical support needs as they arise. Depending on experience in both primary care and functional medicine, the NP may also have the opportunity to carry their own patient panel. We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a high-touch patient care environment.
