The Recovery Support Aide facilitates structured treatment activities and provides continuous supervision to ensure a therapeutic and safe environment for clients. They are also responsible for monitoring client health, assisting with transportation, and maintaining facility cleanliness.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong interpersonal skills. Additionally, they must be able to obtain a Missouri Class E Chauffeur’s Driver’s License and meet clinical privileging requirements.
Recovery Support Aides’ (RSA) are responsible for the facilitation and delivery of treatment services accordingly to an established schedule of structured program activities. RSAs shall ensure a therapeutic environment which is productive, meaningful, and is provided in a manner that is appropriate for the clients with the treatment setting.
