The psychotherapist is responsible for providing direct patient care, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and various forms of therapy. They must effectively manage a patient caseload while demonstrating knowledge of patient needs across different ages and diagnoses.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in counseling or social work and possess Illinois licensure as an LCPC or LCSW. Preferred qualifications include two years of post-master's experience and experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
