Provide one-on-one occupational therapy services to patients in their homes to improve their daily functioning and quality of life. Assist patients and families in adapting environments and using equipment to ensure safe and productive living.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and a current state license. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting, along with a valid driver's license and current CPR certification.
