The Nurse Navigator serves as a consistent care coordinator to ensure timely access and seamless service delivery throughout the breast cancer care continuum. They manage patient care pathways, provide clinical support, and act as a primary point of contact for patients and their families.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a current Texas license and 3-5 years of acute clinical experience in oncology, plastics, or breast health. A Bachelor of Nursing degree is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CBPN-C, CBCN, or OCN.

Breast Center Nurse Navigator at TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital
Responsible to serve as a consistent care coordinator ensuring timely access and seamless coordination of services throughout the continuum of breast cancer care. Will provide clinical functions as required in support of the breast center services and will participate in maintaining a safe, cost-effective patient-care environment. Demonstrates the primary goal of efficiently providing breast imaging services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.
