About the role

The Oral Surgeon is responsible for providing comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients. They must also educate patients on treatment options and support the growth and development of the clinical team.

Overview Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of WNY, part of the NADG team, has an opportunity for an Oral Surgeon in our well-established, prosperous group, located in the Western New York. Why working with us makes sense: True clinical autonomy, Oral Surgeon is responsible for full comprehensive care: diagnosis, treatment, follow up and maintenance allowing you to build trusted relationships with patients & referrers Large referal base Well established practice with multiple providers and 3 high producing practices Dedicated clinical support team - DAANCE Certified assistants Modern facility and equipment - CBCT, intraoral scanner, 3D printer Competitive Benefits and Compensation: Medical/Dental/ Vision 401(K) Plan & Match Society Dues, CE Allowance, Generous PTO Malpractice Insurance Provided Relocation or Sign on bonus for select locations *offered at company’s discretion Details: Weekly coverage between our Depew, West Seneca, and Olean offices Depew and West Seneca locations are located within 20 minutes of Western New York Level 1 Trauma Center 4 day per week position Salary of $400,000 with potential to earn additional compensation based on productivity

Qualifications
