The Direct Support Professional provides daily living assistance, medication administration, and behavioral support to residents in a residential setting. They are also responsible for maintaining documentation, ensuring home cleanliness, and facilitating community outings.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. A current First Aid certification and the ability to pass a DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance are mandatory.
