Registered Nurse Bay Area Hospital is a 129-bed, acute-care, Joint Commission accredited regional hospital located in Coos Bay, Oregon, on the beautiful southern coast. This RN Bridge Program: Nurse Residency is located in Coos Bay, Oregon Bay Area Hospital’s RN Bridge Program is designed to support new graduate nurses with less than one year of experience in their role transition to the nursing profession, clinical practice, and the organization. This 9-month blended program provides new graduates with the necessary skills and techniques to manage patients safely, swiftly, and competently while introducing them to the professional role of the nurse.
