The MDS Nurse is responsible for conducting comprehensive resident assessments, including physical, nutritional, and cognitive status. They also complete restorative assessments and ensure care planning aligns with PPS rules.
The applicant must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a working knowledge of MDS and PPS rules in a long-term care setting. At least two years of experience in long-term care is preferred.
