You will be responsible for evaluating and treating, managing acute health problems using evidence-based protocols, and creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under the supervising physician. Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals
Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under supervising physician’s protocols
Provide health screenings and other disease prevention programs
Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness
Report and review cases with the medical director and client managers
Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staff
Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions to meet the needs of teammates.
Uphold high ethical standards and practice within the scope of practice outlined in the written protocol
Provide patient education, health coaching, and patient health advocacy
Order and analyze diagnostic tests
Monitors the effectiveness of interventions
Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals
Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately & promptly
Assist in all areas of the clinic, if needed
Perform related duties as required QualificationsREQUIRED SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE
Comfort and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including both client and One to One leadership and members of the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
Candidates must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license and at least one year of experience in family, internal, or urgent care. BLS certification is required, and a DEA license is preferred.
