The Associate Counselor will conduct substance use evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions. They are also responsible for maintaining clinical documentation, managing a caseload, and coordinating continuum-of-care plans for patients.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work and possess the appropriate resident or supervisee licensure in Virginia. A minimum of one year of experience in substance use treatment or a related mental health field is required.

Schedule Options: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday or Tuesday–Saturday
