Salary
$18 - $32 / HOUR
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Manage patient caseloads, monitor progress, and facilitate discharge planning to ensure appropriate continuity of care.
Candidates must hold at least a High School Diploma or GED and possess relevant certifications such as CADC, LAC, LSW, LCADC, LCSW, or LPC depending on the tier. A Master's degree is required for Tier 3 positions.
Monday - Friday 5: 30a-2p and Saturdays as needed
