The RN will evaluate patient clinical needs, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. They are responsible for providing skilled nursing care, documenting patient progress, and managing transitions of care including discharges.
Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts RN license and possess at least one year of nursing experience, or six months with a BSN. CPR certification is required, and proficiency in home care and IV administration is preferred.
Successful passage of VNA pre-hire medication test Current RN license in Mass. and other related credentials to meet specialty. Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required or 6 months of nursing experience with a BSN. CPR certification required. Home care and IV experience, computer skills and BSN preferred.
