The practitioner performs comprehensive assessments, intake, and provides a full range of case management and counseling services to clients. They are also responsible for representing the agency in the community and maintaining accurate recordkeeping.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work or counseling and have applied for LSW or LPC licensure. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, along with access to a vehicle for community-based work.

We are currently looking to fill a Mental Health Practitioner role at our DuPage center! Must be able to work Monday and Wednesdays until 8, Tuesdays until 6 and Thursdays and Fridays until 5.
The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $56,000 and $66,000 annually with an additional $1,500 language bonus differential for bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level. Candidates possessing an LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LCPC may be considered for a different starting salary depending on licensure.

• Must have access to a vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance to perform essential job functions
