The LVN Charge Nurse is responsible for assessing resident conditions, administering medications, and ensuring the implementation of individualized care plans. They also oversee nursing aides and maintain accurate clinical records while coordinating with physicians.
Candidates must hold an active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Texas and have completed an accredited LVN program. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
