Provide direct treatment to residents in a supervised group living environment. Maintain accurate written and verbal reports regarding treatment planning and individual resident progress.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Two years of experience in mental health or community services is preferred.
This person provides direct treatment to Supervised Group Living residents and reports in written and verbal format on treatment planning and progress of individual residents. Valid drivers license required.
High school diploma or equivelant.
Two years experience in mental health or community services preferred.
Licenses: Must possess a valid state issued driver's license
Second shift - 12pm to 12 am Saturday and Sunday only 12 hour shifts.
Salary based on experience.
