All physicians provide both outpatient and inpatient care, with the option to include emergency and obstetric services based on individual interest and experience, supported by CentraCare outreach resources and a modern critical access hospital and clinic located under one roof. Schedule Full-time | Onsite – CentraCare – Paynesville, MN Day shifts with call rotation Call rotation of approximately 1:6–1:8, covered in one-week hospitalist/rounding increments Pay and Benefits
$260,000 - $500,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine and eligible for Minnesota medical licensure. Comfort with inpatient care is required, with experience in ER and OB preferred.
