A caregiver in this position works rotating days/evenings from 8:00AM - 4:30PM or 1:00PM - 9:30PM.

Recommend formulary alternatives when appropriate.
Compound and prepare medications for delivery to patient care areas.
Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients.
Communicate with physicians and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate care.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Current enrollment in an accredited College of Pharmacy Program meeting education requirements to qualify for an Intern License in the State of Ohio OR international pharmacy experience meeting the requirements to qualify for the Foreign Graduate Pharmacy Intern License Current State Board of Pharmacy Intern License (PH/INT) before hire Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
