The In-Home Care Attendant assists individuals with daily living activities, mobility, and personal hygiene to promote independence. They are also responsible for meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing supportive companionship while ensuring safety and reporting incidents.
Candidates must be able to lift over 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as required by the consumer's plan of care. Applicants are expected to complete Medicaid-approved caregiver training upon hire and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

The In-Home Care Attendant assists individuals who have difficulty performing basic day-to-day activities, for example, the elderly, people with disabilities, or people suffering from chronic, or intellectual disabilities in a safe and compliant manner to provide a sense of independence in the consumer's residence.
