The In-Home Care Attendant assists individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. They also provide companionship and ensure the safety and well-being of consumers in their own homes.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, compassionate, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting over 50 pounds. Applicants are required to complete Medicaid-approved caregiver training upon being hired.

The In-Home Care Attendant assists individuals who have difficulty performing basic day-to-day activities, for example, the elderly, people with disabilities, or people suffering from chronic, or intellectual disabilities in a safe and compliant manner to provide a sense of independence in the consumer's residence.
