Key responsibilities

Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Participate in skilled nursing rehab programming focused on functional recovery and safe transitions.

SCHEDULE • Shift: days
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold an active state PT license. Strong clinical reasoning, documentation skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care are required.
