The PRN Nurse provides direct nursing care, administers medications, and monitors resident health status in a senior living environment. They also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate records using electronic health systems.
Candidates must hold a current RN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin and possess CPR certification. Experience in senior care, long-term care, or assisted living is preferred.

Position Overview We are seeking a PRN Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. This on-site role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centered care while supporting residents’ health, dignity, and well-being.
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a senior living setting Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor and document vital signs and overall health status Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care Assist residents with daily living activities as needed Maintain accurate records using electronic health systems Respond promptly to changes in resident condition
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin CPR certification (required) Experience in senior care, long-term care, or assisted living preferred Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus Compensation
