The dental assistant will support the surgeon during oral and maxillofacial procedures, including IV sedation cases, while maintaining strict aseptic and sterilization protocols. Additionally, the role involves monitoring patients, managing clinical documentation, and assisting with front office administrative tasks as needed.
Candidates must have prior hands-on oral surgery assisting experience, including IV sedation, and hold current BLS, ICE, and radiology certifications. DAANCE certification is strongly preferred, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high clinical standards.

About the Opportunity
Peak Dental Implants & Oral Surgery is opening a brand-new, purpose-built oral surgery practice in Windsor, Connecticut, led by an established oral and maxillofacial surgeon. We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to join our founding clinical team and support both surgical care and overall patient experience.
This role is ideal for a confident oral surgery assistant who is comfortable supporting IV sedation cases, maintaining high clinical standards, and stepping in to assist with front office and patient-facing responsibilities as needed in a collaborative, team-oriented practice.
