Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging group activities and one-on-one interactions to support residents' social, emotional, and physical well-being. Collaborate with team members to develop dynamic programming and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment for all residents.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a compassionate, energetic, and organized approach to work. Experience in activities, recreation, or senior living is considered a plus.

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you won’t simply lead activities — you’ll help create moments that matter. From coordinating group programs and special events to spending one-on-one time with residents, you’ll play an essential role in enhancing daily life within our community. You’ll collaborate with team members to develop creative programming, encourage participation, and build genuine relationships with residents and their families.
