Summary

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 1.0 FTE Adult Psychiatrist to join our Port Orchard Behavioral Health team in Port Orchard, Washington.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and skill in medication management and working in a team environment. Our staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, and nurses.

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • The entire salary range for this position is $318,189 to $374,340 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $318,189 to $355,623 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
  • Value Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics
  • Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility WPMG will contribute 10.3% of your base salary to your 401(K) with additional employee contributions being optional

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree MD/DO Required
  • Completion of Psychiatry Residency
  • BC/BE General Psychiatry Required
  • Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
  • Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License

Requirements

Must hold a Medical Degree (MD/DO) and have completed a psychiatry residency. Candidates are required to be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Psychiatry and possess the ability to obtain a WA State Medical License and Federal DEA.
