The Clinical Group Facilitator leads recovery-focused group sessions using an assigned curriculum to support members in their reintegration. They are responsible for observing member dynamics, documenting progress, and collaborating with the care team to ensure quality support.
The role requires a compassionate individual capable of serving as a role model in recovery and demonstrating effective coping skills. Candidates must be able to facilitate engaging group sessions and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

– Clinical Group Facilitator
The Clinical Group Facilitator at New Freedom serves as a role model in recovery, demonstrating effective coping skills while leading member groups. This role focuses on delivering approved curriculum through dynamic, engaging facilitation in groups held multiple times daily. Facilitators support members in building independence and progress in their recovery, using best practices and recovery resources to ensure impactful group experiences.
