The Radiology Tech is responsible for arranging patients for radiological examinations and producing high-quality radiographs to assist in medical diagnoses. They must ensure patient safety by preventing unnecessary radiation exposure while following established clinical guidelines.
Candidates must hold an associate's degree from an accredited program and possess current registration as a technologist by the A.R.R.T. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and the role requires a solid understanding of standard radiological concepts and procedures.
