Position Overview As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by promoting oral health, preventing disease, and educating patients on maintaining healthy smiles. You’ll work closely with dentists and team members to create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Identify conditions such as gingivitis, periodontal disease, and other oral health concerns Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe clinical environment Build strong, trusting relationships with patients to support long-term care

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!) A current CPR certification

Compensation: $55-$60 About Us
