The Dietician will conduct home or inpatient visits to assess the nutritional needs of hospice patients and develop appropriate diet plans consistent with their requirements. This role also involves providing in-service education to the care team and teaching patients and families how to prepare attractive meals.
Candidates must possess a Baccalaureate degree from an American Dietetic Association approved program and have a minimum of two years of experience, including one year in a community health agency with consultant and teaching responsibilities. Adequate personal transportation is also required.

Qualified candidates must have two years minimum experience; one of which is in a community health agency with consultant and teaching responsibilities. Must have adequate transportation.
