Job Summary and Responsibilities The Registered Physical Therapist organizes and conducts medically prescribed therapy programs to help patients reach their maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

Evaluate patients, set up, perform and progress rehabilitation programs Design and communicate home programs.
Document patient notes, certifications, re-certifications and treatment instructions are timely, complete, accurate and easy to follow.
Notes are done in accordance with Quality Improvement documentation criteria.
Patient charges accurately reflect the services, supplies and equipment provided to the patient.

Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure by the North Dakota State Examining Committee of Physical Therapists.
Candidates must be a Registered Dietician holding a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, or a related field, and must have completed an approved didactic program and supervised practice program. The role requires integrating clinical expertise with empathetic, evidence-based care while adhering to professional standards.
