He’ll mentor you in crown and bridge, scanning, treatment planning, and building the kind of patient communication skills that turn a good dentist into a great one. The goal isn’t to micromanage you. The practice collects over $2 million annually, averages 27+ new patients per month, and has over 4,000 active patients on the books.
