As a Direct Support Provider, you’ll work one-on-one with adults in their homes and community, helping them live safe, meaningful, and empowered lives. Your support helps foster independence and confidence. This position requires availability for overnight shifts.
No experience required; prior experience with caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities preferred High school diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Valid auto insurance Pre-employment drug screening required (includes marijuana for safety-sensitive roles) Background and maltreatment checks required Compassionate and empathetic attitude Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols
