We are currently seeking a Psychiatrist for our Behavioral Health Team. In collaboration with the UCFS Behavioral Health Team, the Psychiatrist is responsible for providing quality client centered psychiatric care services for patients including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, routine follow ups and emergency interventions. Develop and implement patient psychiatric treatment plans, records, and progress notes per agency policies and procedures and approved protocols developed within the guidelines of the American Psychiatric Association.
Expected Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday
Education and Experience Doctor of Medicine License or license eligible in the State of CT with appropriate prescribing credentials and licenses. Relevant experience working with, evaluating and prescribing for clients with mental and behavioral health diagnosis Certificates, Licenses, Registrations CT MD License Other Skills and Abilities Ability to use MS Office Suite, Internet, and e-mail
