We are recognized for providing high-quality care to tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent residents in both short-term and long-term rehabilitation settings.

What we are looking for: 2 Night shift openings and 1 Day shift opening- 12 HOUR SHIFTS

Our ideal candidate will possess strong clinical and critical thinking skills, a superior work ethic, and the ability to communicate well with all members of the multidisciplinary team from MDs, Licensed Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, Certified Nursing Assistants, etc.

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide safe, compassionate, and ethical care to residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
• Support nurses and respiratory therapists with resident care needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
