$40 - $55 / HOUR
1 therapeutic care to geriatric patients in their homes, including therapeutic exercises and functional training. They are also responsible for implementing individualized plans of care and maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR system.
Candidates must hold an active New York Occupational Therapist Assistant license and have graduated from an accredited program. Reliable transportation is required to conduct home visits throughout the designated coverage area.

Coverage Area Patients are located throughout Rockland County, NY, depending on the clinician's location. There will also be patients at a facility in Port Jervis. Coverage zones are designed to minimize travel and support efficient scheduling.
