Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist to provide care within a defined local territory in the Hightstown area. This role is structured to offer a consistent caseload with minimal travel, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than long commute times. Territory Coverage:
ALF. Hightstown area. Nearby community patients.
Provide skilled physical therapy services in assisted living and community-based settings. Manage a consistent caseload within a designated geographic area. Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
