5 Main is a 27-bed medical telemetry unit serving young adults to geriatric patients with a variety of medical diagnoses which may require telemetry monitoring. Admitting diagnoses include, but are not limited to: metabolic disorders, stable cardiovascular, renal, GI bleed, substance abuse withdrawal, diabetes, and respiratory conditions. Initial patient placement is first determined by the admitting diagnosis.

Requires a diploma or associate degree in nursing and a valid Registered Nurse license. Candidates must also possess Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
