The Nurse Navigator is responsible for guiding patients through their care continuum and ensuring they understand their treatment plans. They also oversee and deliver evidence-based nursing care while fostering a collaborative clinical environment.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and possess at least 5 years of nursing experience. A valid Registered Nurse license is required upon hire.
Monday - Friday 8: 00 to 16:30
No weekends/holidays
