Independently provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients specializing in medical and surgical oncologic specialties. Perform patient assessments and treatments while serving as a clinical resource for the team.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license and CPR/BLS certification. One to two years of oncology experience and OCN certification are strongly preferred.
Our Clinical Nurses (RN) in OP Chemotherapy independently provide care to adult patients with a focus in medical and surgical oncologic specialties such as breast, GYN and neuroendocrine tumors. Working with a dedicated team, the RN provides evidence-based, high quality care, including patient assessment and treatment, and serves as a resource for other team members.
Must possess a high school diploma or GED Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam BSN Preferred RN License Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hire Must possess one to two years of clinical nursing experience in oncology, strongly preferred Oncology Nurse Certified (OCN) preferred, or agreement to certify within one year of hire Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider certification within 6 months of hire Must obtain 20 Contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused. Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange.

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
