Responsibilities

Responsible for providing direct care services including individual and group counseling, support and other activities; participating in comprehensive assessment, development of treatment and discharge planning; maintaining clinical documentation, participating in and facilitating family and collateral meetings, team meetings and case conferences to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Masters degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social work.2. LCADC Candidates without a Masters degree will be considered on a case by case basis.3. Two years mental health experience. For Adolescent Services; at least one year of work with youth in a mental4. Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC).5. Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Social Workers (LSW) within two years of terminal license and with authorized supervisors will be considered on a case by case basis.6. Valid NJ Motor Vehicle License7. Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) within 6 months of hire and maintain current. 8. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $29.11 to $36.39. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
